Glamour-Eyes are a sure solution to anyone who’s currently not fond of their eyeglasses or just looking to set-off any pair of eyewear. This is one of those products that once you see, you ask yourself, “I wonder why someone didn’t invent this sooner?” These little accessories (depending on which ones tickle your fancy) are a must-have for girls no-matter what their age!
I no sooner got this package open and both my girls were all “eyes”! I of course want to see product literature and read first, but they were already into the package with two little green butterflies! As I explained what they were and what they were for, they were instantly searching for sunglasses. I started reading and found that these can be put on any pair of glasses, both prescription as well as sunglasses and stick like magic! So, I put them on a pair of my oldest’s sunglasses. She adores and knows no one else in school will have something like this! (You don’t even want to know what happened when she saw the different Glamour-Eye sets available.) I was surprised to find that after her taking them off and putting them on another pair of glasses they still stuck very well. Re-applying didn’t seem to be a problem. In addition, each pair of Glamour-Eyes come with special paper to store your sets while they aren’t in use, and this is definitely a plus.
I looked over the available pairs of Glamour-Eyes, and was very impressed that there really were a pair or two for everyone regardless of their personality or style. I was curious as to what a tween would think of them, and my niece who recently turned 12, had just gotten her first pair of prescription eyeglasses. Just for the record, she was anything but happy about it. I showed her the pair of Glamour-Eyes and although she wasn’t thrilled about little green butterflies, did like a number of other pairs. Needless-to-say, I think she’s changed her mind about her glasses and has found a couple of must-have pairs! Others were “Cool” and “Cute”! I couldn’t have said it better myself.
