Sometimes when I’m sitting in my car, I like to watch people.   They are so fascinating!


Did you know that we reveal a lot about ourselves just by the way we walk?   Slumped shoulders reveal insecurities.   Good posture, head held high and nicely dressed ladies exhibit confidence.


We are overwhelmed with media telling us what we should look like and how we should behave.   But are they right?


Marilyn Monroe was not a size 2.   But she was a beautiful lady.   We can be stunning no matter what size we wear.   It all starts on the inside.   We need to feel good about ourselves.


Let’s enjoy who we are and how we were created.   And let’s all start walking with confidence.
